        Monday: 12:10 to 12:50pm                                                        Tuesday: 5:30 to 6:30pm

        Wednesday: 12:10 to 12:50pm                                                   Thursay: 5:30 to 6:30pm 

        Friday: 12:10 to 12:50pm


               Weekend Workouts

             Stride Spin and Strength 

        Saturday: 8:00am to 9:30am

        Saturday: 10:00am to 12:30am

                       Includes 30 minutes of specific strength training. 




        Monday to Friday workouts: $15 / workout

        Saturday: $22 / workout
