Summer cONDITIONING PROGRAMS
Pee Wee / Bantam Training Programs
This age appropriate training program is designed to develop the young hockey players athletic ability through fundamental strength training exercises, speed and agility drills, while also improving their balance, core strength, and overall movement ability. This program will lay the foundation necessary to become a stronger, faster, and better conditioned player in the future.
- Max 10 athletes per group (smaller groups allows us to monitor proper technique and safety is being used)
- 60 min training sessions
- Train 2 times per week
- Program Design and Supervision
- 6 week program

Bantam & Midget Training Programs
For Elite Bantam and Midget aged players
The Bantam and Midget off season program is designed specifically for young hockey players to develop athletic performance through progressive strength training, speed and agility drills, as well as aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Each athlete is assessed by completing a Sport Performance Assessment (SPA). Our SPA measuring system will assess for neuromuscular and joint weakness, limb imbalances, multidirectional speed, as well as muscular strength and power outputs. Stride Sport and Performance traines all athletes to be more balanced, stable, stronger, powerful and faster.

- Pre and Post Fitness Testing
- Training program and supervision
- Training 3x per week
- Monday - Wednesday - Friday
- 1.5 hour training sessions

Junior / College Off Season Training Program
For Major Junior, Junior "A", College, and players moving onto Junior
- 1:8 Strength Coach to Athlete ratio (do not be overlooked in large training groups)
- Regular Fitness Testing
- Individualized training program and supervision
- Training 3-4x per week
- 90 minute training sessions
- 34 sessions for total package
- Weekly performance testing for strength, speed, reactive power and power endurance.

Multisport Athlete Training
Stride Sport and Performance is providing conditioning programs for Adult Multi Sport Athletes. Starting this November, we will be offering weekly training sessions specifically for Master Multi Sport Athletes. The training sessions will consist of a progressive conditioning program for athletes who would like to correct muscle imbalances, improve running gait mechanics and efficiency, increase flexibility, increase general strength and power and have fun.

Adult Athletic Conditioning Camp
Are you feeling you need to improve your fitness level and athleticism? Have you been taking it too easy? Do you need some motivation and accountability? Need a new challenge? Challenge yourself by joining Stride Sport and Performance's Adult Athleticic Conditioning Camp. This conditioning program is for people who have done other conditioning programs in the past and are in need of a new workout to challenge and build their fitness and athletic abilities. This Athletic Conditioning Camp will take you to a new level of fitness and athleticism you can brag about.
Warning! This conditioning camp is not for the first time "boot camper".

Athlete Speed School
This Speed School brings to the athlete a conditioning program designed to develop all performance parameters that will make you faster and more powerful on your playing field. Stride Sport and Performance will make you faster and more powerful in your acceleration, top speed, multidirectional speed and deceleration power. All athletes start and end the Speed School with performance testing that measures your performance of speed, power and agility.
Ages: 13 - 15 and 16 - 20
Training Sessions: 3x per week

Summer Strength and Performance Camp
This multi week summer strength and performance camp is designed for athletes who want to take their athletic performance to the next level. If you are committed to improve your athletic ability, this intensive 6 week camp is for you. A Sport Performance Assessment will assess your starting fitness level, from there training will be planed to increase strength, power, agility, core strength, dynamic balance, reactive power, change of direction speed, power endurance and flexibility.
