PRE SEASON SKI STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

A 8 week training program where our goal is to have you feeling your physical best for this ski season. You will have a weekly scheduled training session with a professional trainer who will develop and coach you through a personal strength and conditioning program suited to your individual needs and abilities. Take home exercise will also be given to you weekly to insure proper and steady progress and success.

Training sessions:

60 minutes

Saturdays @ 9:00am - 10:00am

Dates: October 28, November 4, 11, 18, 25, December 2, 9, 16.

Ages: 12 - 90

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE STARTER PACKAGES 

  •     Includes 6 personal training sessions
  •     All non-athlete and athletes welcome

Stride Personal Training will design a personalised functional exercise program tailored to your needs, goals and ability. Our personal training programs are valued by individuals who are new to exercise or by those who have never had an individualised exercise program. For the "veterans of fitness" we will inspire, challenge and push you to a new level of fitness!

Stride Personal Training will maximize your time to exercise with efficient, no nonsense programs.  Our experience and knowledge will help bring you to a superior fitness level that others desire to have!

This is a great opportunity for all who want to succeed in their fitness goals or sporting events.
