Pee Wee / Bantam Training Programs


This age appropriate training program is designed to develop the young hockey players athletic ability through fundamental strength training exercises, speed and agility drills, while also improving their balance, core strength, and overall movement ability. This program will lay the foundation necessary to become a stronger, faster, and better conditioned player in the future.

  • Max 8 athletes per group (smaller groups allows us to monitor proper technique and safety is being used)
  • 90 min training sessions

Bantam & Midget Training Programs

For Elite Bantam and Midget aged players

The Bantam and Midget off season program is designed specifically for young hockey players to develop athletic performance through progressive strength training, speed and agility drills, as well as aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Each athlete is assessed by completing a Sport Performance Assessment (SPA). Our SPA measuring system will assess for neuromuscular and joint weakness, limb imbalances, multidirectional speed, as well as muscular strength and power outputs. Stride Sport and Performance conditions all athletes to be more balanced, stable, stronger, powerful and faster.

Soccer Strength and Performance Camp


This multi week summer strength and performance camp is designed for athletes who want to take their athletic performance to the next level. If you are committed to improve your athletic ability, this intensive 6 week camp is for you. A Sport Performance Assessment will assess your starting fitness level, from there training will be planed to increase strength, power, agility, core strength, dynamic balance, reactive power, change of direction speed,  power endurance and flexability.


Ages: 15 - 18 years

Soccer is a classic exhibition of skill and athleticism and is the most played sport in the world. Championship level performance in soccer requires many things.

Stride Sport and Performance are masters of speed, power and agility. Take your performance to a championship level with SSP’s Soccer Conditioning. We will take your game to a new level with personalized conditioning geared to your performance goals.

Our performance coaches are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. We have sport specific experience with soccer conditioning. We will start with a Sport Performance Assessment (SPA). We will assess your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning as well as your strength, speed, power and agility with our SPA testing battery. These results will help us tailor your conditioning program to optimize performance on the field.

Stride Sport and Performance will work with the soccer player(s) of all levels and ages. Contact us to register your club, team or for one on one performance coaching.



MultiSport Conditioning


Swim, Bike, Run, Triathlon or Duathlon, it all goes for the Multi Sport athlete. Stride Sport and Performance's Multi Sport training programs enhance performance and reduce the risk or overuse injuries. The training journey starts with a functional movement assessment where we identify aspects of individual movement patterns, imbalances, or weaknesses. If needed, corrective exercises as well as core and joint stability exercises are provided. From there, athletes choose to train in a group or as an individual where training is periodized for performance progression and recovery. Performance assessments and physiological tests are also available to athletes.
