Stride Good Form Clinic 

This clinic is for all runners who want to improve their running form and ability while at the same time learn how to reduce injury risks associated with running.

What will participants get from this clinic?

This clinic will have both a practical and theoretical component with the focus of improving each participant's running form and economy. We will overview important biomechanical and neuromuscular components of efficient running and how they affect the efficiency of your running form.
